General Meeting
The General Meeting of shareholders is the bank's supreme body. It approves the accounts, appoints directors and decides on major strategic directions, in the interest of the institution and its stakeholders.
The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors develops and approves the bank's overall strategy, monitors its financial performance and assesses risks. It ensures compliance with applicable standards and oversees the efficient allocation of resources. By making decisions in the interest of clients and shareholders, the Board fosters an ethical and inclusive environment across the organisation.
Executive Management
In accordance with Article 19 of regulation R-2016/04, executive management runs the bank's day-to-day operations, implements the strategy set by the Board of Directors and monitors and evaluates financial and operational performance. It identifies, assesses and manages risks, ensures regulatory compliance, oversees the efficient allocation of resources and promotes an ethical, inclusive corporate culture.
